I was looking for a car for my daughter and ran across this Auto sales on Autotrader and decided to pursue a test drive and potential purchase. To my surprise I ended up at a weird looking small building and couldn’t initially find the auto place. After a quick search I went around in the side and finally someone came out from a door and met me outside. There were several cars including the 2010 Corolla and believe me I was very skeptical about all of this. But being that I needed a car I met Martin Gamez and he showed me the car and I decided to take it for a spin. The car was exactly what I was looking for and while test driving I got to know Martin a little better. After the test drive I asked questions as to why this car hadn’t sold since it only had 77,000 miles and he explained that he didn’t finance and it usually turns people away. I had the Cash so this wasn’t going to be a problem but before I purchased it I asked him if I could have my mechanic take a look at it and he said sure. Problem was that it would be the next morning and Gamez didn’t open until 9-10. Martin told me to text him in the morning and he would give me the code to the gate! Who does that! Because I wanted to meet with my mechanic at 8am he left the key under the seat. Car checked out and here I am writing a review as I promised I would. I purchased the car on April 14 and it’s been one month and a half that I waited because I was still hesitant about this car purchase but I want to reassure you this guy is legit and the license plate and sticker arrived yesterday. Car is excellent and my daughter loves it! His cars are priced to sell and there are no gimmicks. He doesn’t offer a Carfax so that’s on you to purchase one. I can see why. He’s not a large dealer so he has to make some money and I totally understand. Hopes this puts you at ease if you decide to visit this auto place and buy a car.

I’m new to San Antonio and found a nice, 2005 Tahoe at Gamez Auto. I went out to take a look at it and Martin could not have been nicer. He seems to be a really good guy that wants to help his customers find exactly what they are looking for. Great price and a great car, I’d recommend checking him out if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
